St. Louis Drops Two.
ST. LOUIS', Sept. 9 St. Louis lost both
games of a double-header here today to
the Cincinnati team. In the first game the
Clnelnnatls unmercifully pounded Pitcher
Moran. The locals made several errors and
their all-around work was amateurish. In
the second game St. Louis did a little bet
ter. McFarland twirled and was hit hard
throughout. St. Louis players fell down on
aix easy chances in this game, Demont
making three errors. Attendance, 2,000.
