with the city thht she had her right
shoulder joint fraolured and dislocated by
falling on the Davenport street sidewalk
near Twenty-fifth street, on the evening
of August 15. She threatens to sue the city
for 16,000 If satisfactory settlement Is not
made, alleging that she has been deprived
permanently of the use of her right arm.
She claims the sidewalk la dangerous and
defective on the aouth side of the street.
