In accordance with House Roll No. 1. a -
bill for an- act to locate and establish one
(1) additional state normal school, and to
provide for the erec'ion of buildings, pay
ment, maintenance and receiving donations
for the same, the Hunrd of Education of
the state normal school hereby eoliclt pro-'
posals for donations to the state of a suit-
able site fof an - additional "stats ' normal
school, but said proposed site must include
