Roy Sutphen has made a formal demand on Secretary Burgess for a diploma as a graduate of the Omaha High school. When It was refused him he stated that he did not expect to receive It, but desired to simply make the demand, Intimating that It would be followed by proceedings in court to obtain the diploma.
