An effort will bs. made to have each club I" the city loin the association. Each clali Joining will have representation on tha board and the association will arrange the dates for the various club tournaments and open tournaments, so that conflicting dates can be avoided as much as Is possible, snd slso so that ths entries will be materially Increased by co-operation.
