Where Is Andrew Lubeok? This 'Is the question asked frequently during; the last three weeks by Walter Sherwood of ClifT dale, N. J., who Is In the city aa the repre sentative of a young woman of that city who la a beneficiary under a will filed for probate In the county oourt as the last will and testament of the late John Rohn. The case came up for hearing yesterday before Judge Vinsonhnler upon application for probate of will. Protest against the will was filed by Desire Bohn of New Mexico, who alleges thRt It has not been properly attested. Andrew Lubeck was one of the witnesses to the will, as appears from the Instrument. Mr. Sherwood came to Omaha three weeks ago with the will, and when be found there was to be a con test set about to And Lubeck. He learned that Lubeck had lived In Omaha, but hnd. since the death of John Bohn, gone west probably to Montana, but where In Mon tana no one could tell. For this reaaon, and to give the lawyer an Opportunity to produce his witness, the hearing was con tinued until Saturday. Oklahoma, Arkansas and southern and eastern Kansas are how being forwarded by the Wabash for connections south of Kansas City. Malls were taken Into Kansas City Monday night over the Milwaukee line, being the first that could be made to reach that city since the flood. No effort Is being made to get malls out of Kansas City to the south. The malls for Arliona and New Mexico, usually sent by way of Kansas City, have to be forwarded by way of Denver. The malls to the north and west are being conveyed by the usual railway chan nels. However, the bulk of the north bound mall Is sent over the Chicago, Bt. Paul, Minneapolis St Omaha to Bloux City on the Nebraska side of the river. Malla are Bent south by way of the Kansas City, Bt.
