What the com mon people say carries weight, but when a man of national prominence says: "Peruna shou'.d be used ln every household," It is significant fact to the Increasing prominence and undoubted efficacy of Peruna. Peruna Is of national fame as a catarrh remedy. It is the only Internal, systemic catarrh remedy known to the medical pro fession. It make, diseased mucous mem brauvs healthy, whether It is the mucous membrane lining the nose, rhroat, lungs, stomach, kidneys or pelvic organs. It cures various disease, of all these organs, because two-third, of the Ills of mankind are due to catarrh. With healthy mucous membranes climatic diseases loee telr ter ror, tbe system Is enabled to throw off contagion and health follows Inevitably. "Pe-ru-na Is the Best Remedy on Earth." Mr. A. T. Wood, Mt. Sterling, Ky., writes: "For many year. I have been a sufferer from catarrh, and have spent time and 1 money with physicians, and used many lnds of remedies which were 'guaran teed sure cures,' but In every ease it was money thrown away. "I reaped no benefit whatever from them. Jn my secmlrgly vain search for relief I purchased a bottle of Peruna, having no confidence In It whatever at the time. This was about one year ago, and I began to Improve and was able to attend to my business without being constantly hampered by every kind of pain known to a human being. My hearing, wblcb wa. almost en tirely gone In one esr, got very much better. "This winter when every one was suf fering from la grippe I stood like a stone wall, absolutely proof against It. I am not a believer In 'patent medi cines,' having found the majority of them fakes, but I do not hesitate to recommend Peruna as the best rnedl cine for catarrh the world has ever seen, I keep a bottle of It at home constantly and shall continue to do so, because I believe It to be the bast rem edy on earth. I never leave home that I don't put a bottle of It In my grip." -A. T. WOOD. H. Alexander, No. 1 Mountain street, Montreal, Canada, writes: "After having suffered for several years with catarrh of the head, and ln vain tried various kind, of patent medicines, catarrh snuff, balm, etc., etc., a friend advised me to try( Peruna, and use It according to directions. After taking half of the bottle my suffering, were a. bad a. ever, and I nearly gave up In despair, declaring to members of my family that Peruna wa. Just as useless as all other kinds of medi cine that I had used before. Nevertheless I went on taking the medicine, and today, exactly two months after commencing to take Peruna I have almost forgotten all about catarrh. My head Is clear, the bad attack, gradually disappeared, and I am now able to attend to my work properly." H. Alexander. Congressman Geo. W. McBrtde writes: "The excellence of Peruna for catarrh and colds has been ao satisfactorily established by many of my acquaintance, wbo have Prof. W. B. Powell, of Wsshlngfon. D. C. 1. one of the beat known edu cator. In the country. For fifteen years he ha. been superintendent of the Public Schools- of Washington, which la conslifrred the best school system In the United States. Prof. Powell Is the author of a number of school book, which are used through, out the United State.. This well Vnown gentleman doe not hesitate to recommend Peruna to his count' less friends and acquaintances alt over the United States. been relieved by It. use that I unhesi tatingly endorse Its curative qualities." Geo. W. McBrlde. Chronic catarrh often makes It. approach In disguise. Before a person knows It, he may become a victim of chronic catarrh. It. onset may be gradual. It. development Insidious, and at Isst the victim finds him self In tbe clutches of a tenacious disease. A slight cold, a tendency -to sneeze, a puf flness In the nose and head, fullness or crackling In the ears, stringy mucous In tbe throat, slight cough or wheezlness, anortng during sleep; any one of these symptom, should be regarded aa a warning. What can be cured In the beginning In a week or two by using Peruna, If al lowed to become chronic, may require months of faithful treatment. You had better take Peruna now, fnr by and by you may be obliged to take it for a long time In order to get well. Peruna is the remedy for catarrh. Almost everybody know, that by hearsay and thousand, know It by expe rience. If you do not derive prompt and satis factory result, from the use of Peruna write at onee to Dr. Hartraan, giving a full statement ot your case, and he will be pleased to give you his valuable ad vice gratis.
