Building Lots.
Of the nronertv latelv bought at 24th and
uranne ave., on the new car Mne to Flor
ence, we have now sold nearlv one-fourth.
These lots are held from 1125 to 2uo each
and we are making very easy terms to par
ties wno win improve tne properly, mere
seems to be a aood many tnriftv ueoole In
Omaha who are looking for lula upon which
to buna in the near luture. -rhe location
of this property and the surroundings are
admitted bv all to be very dealralile. The
large water main from Florence Is only one
Clock east ana tne main North Omaha
Sewer is two blocks west. The ground Is
level and needs no grading, and by actual
measurement these lots are on a level
with the third atep of the main entrance on
the north side of the high school building.
While we do not restrict the price of the
pouses to. oe uunt ana nx no aennite time
at which they must be finished, we are
only sailing these lots to people who want
10 ouiia a nome 01 tneir own. we know
of no lots In this neighborhood for sale at
as low prices an these are offered. After
eight more are sold prices will be ad
vanced 125 per lot. We find that the ODen-
ing up of Grande ave. through to 24th el. la
helping, all the property 111 this neighbor
hood and hence we feel warranted In ad
vancing the prices as noted above.
