At this session the members are purchasing clothing. Feb ruary 12 they will meet at th same hotel for the purpose ot purchasing dry goods. The committee of the Retail Grocers' aaso cistion having the matter In charge has In vited representatives from Lancaster and Otoe counties in addition to those from Douglas county to bo present. Some of tbe representatives from Lincoln and Dunbar are members of the Nebraska Retail Mer chants' association and are fully advised aa to the desires of tbe association on mat ters of legislation. It Is expected that they will throw light on the subject for the ben efit of the members ol the Douglas county delegation who may not have full knowl edge of the subject. Several of the labor organ! xatlons have Indicated their Intention of having repre sentatives present, and It Is hoped by the promoters of tbe meeting that tbe chair man of tbe legislative committee of tbe State Society of Labor and Industry will be present, so that If a bill Is formulated which meets tbe approval of the labor onions It msy be arranged so that tbe state society will unite with the merchants in kpuahlng It through tha legislature.
