The suprem court today decldod in the matter of the ball of Frank C. Andrews of Detroit, the convicted former vice president, of the defunct City Savings-bank, that ftre sureties on his $100,000 ball bond must be able to qualify In the aggregate to the amount ol 200,000, but that each one need not qualify ln the sum ot $100,000. The court also held that Judge Murphy can accept any reasonable number of sure ties on the bond. Judge Murphy yester day decided thst each of Andrews' bonds men must qualify in the sura of $100,0 and Andrews' attorneys took the case to the supreme court today. When Andrews was granted bail by Ike supreme court two weeks ago he was git eh fifteen days In which to produce his bonds men. Owing to this latest ruling in regard to their qualifications, the court today ex tended this time fifteen days. MRS.
