The compromise figure at which It wag
assessed last year was $170,900, as 40 per
cent of the real value, which ' would show

year' return, then. I $47,000 less than the
figure agreed to afW last winter's battla
and it Is said that the Real Estate exchange,
having heard of it, propose to organise for
