gala proyen In Fort Dodge on Tuesday
last, when a check for $14,069 was deliv
ered to the administrator, of the estate of
John F. Duncombe, In payment of policies
calling for that amount, which he carried
in the Mutual Life Insurance Company of
New Tork. After the proofs of death were
forwarded to the company. It took but a
very few days to bring the returns.
Mr. Duncombe also had other good Insur
ance. He was always a believer In good
life Insurance as one of the safest and best
Investments any man could make for the
protection of his home, his estate or busi
