publicly, for furnishing and delivery of
such quantities of potatoes and onions ss
may ue required by tho Subsistence De
partment at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri,
Fort Leavenworth. Kansas, and Fort Lo
gan II. Roots, Arkansas, during the period
commencing November 1st, 1902, ttnu end
