diately thereafter opened, for all labor and

In accordance with the drawings and speci
fications prepared by Keevea 4k name,
architects, Peoria, 111. Proposals reoeived
after time stated will be returned unopened
to bidders. Copies of the drawings and
specifications will be on file at the otllce of
the secretary of the State Board of Agri
culture and also at the architects on and
after April 21, 1902. The work to be com
menced aa soon aa practicable after ac
ceptance of bid.
All Ironwork to be delivered on the
ground not later than July 1, 194, and
erected r.ot later than July 16, 19u3. Bids
on ironwork will be received separate.
The building to be completed by August
16. 19U3, under penalty of $60 per day for
feit. Each bid to be accompanied by certified
check for t per cent of amount of bid.
Satisfactory bond for 60 per cent of amount
Of bid will be required.
The State Board of Agriculture reserves
the light to reject the lowest or any and
ail bids, and to waive any defscta or In
formalities In any bid. If It Is deemed In
