doubtful If much could bo purchased at
theso figures, A good flowing well In that
vicinity will mnke land worth $500 per

built there at once. Mr. Wemrlch Is' tho
man that visited tho Rocky Ford country
and advised tho building of tho largo bedt
sugar factories there. It is bald that' both
the soil and climatic conditions at Wheat
land aro favorablo to beet culturo and
thero soems no doubt but that work will
at onco bo started on a sugar making plant.
