Springs. Chief Justice Fuller announced

would be called tomorrow. About twenty

LARAMIE, Wyo., Oct. 5. (Special ) -Considerable
alarm Is felt hero over the
disappearance of E. A. Buck, a clvl) en
glneer. Buck, lu company with W. H
lngruhiim and Henry Melton, wont north
on a surveying trip last Wednesday. When
tho party mndo camp that day Buck went
out to tnko a shot at a bunch of antelope
and hai not been hecn since. Ilia com
panions searched carefully In tho vicinity,
but were unable to find any trace of the
missing man. Last evening a member of
tho party sent word to Laramie for as
sistance, und n searching party was oi
ganized ai onco tn go to the scene. Tho
camp is located about twenty miles north
of this city. It Is believed that Mr. Buck
did not loso his way, nu he Is well ac
quainted with tho country, but bo might
havo fallen into n rnvlno or accidentally
shot himself
