Ills proficiency has been such that since the purchase of tho first pageant from New Orleans It has never been necessary to buy another. Ilo has built them all, and, with the alii of City Electrician Schtirig, has applied electricity to the Illuminations with olTects never equalled anywhere else. He has complete charge of tho den and for months during each year has a force of nearly twenty men employe!
