country butter, rich, yellow country cream
and unadulterated country milk. Whllo

do not seem to realize that they nro violat
ing the law In the use of preservatives and

alty that attaches to such an offense.

to tho city hall nnd learn what Bort of milk
dairymen nro supplying.
"Tho milk dealers who wcro convicted of
using preservatives, M. Kasmusscn. J. C.
Hoot, Paulsen tiros., and tho Waterloo
creamery, are continuing their business In
violation of tho city milk ordinance. Section
13 of this ordinance rends as follows: 'Any
conviction of a violation of uny provision of
this ordinance shall operate as n revocation
of any license or ccrtlllcato Issued here
under.' "Under this ordlnanco persons found
guilty of using drugs do not escape with n

strict enforcement of this provision will dls

Tho marriage of Kellx Mlchnlowlcz and
Mrs. Teresa Herdzun. both of South Omaha,
was happily consummated Thursday aftor
noon by County Judge Vlnsonhaler. The
groom, who was Mrs. Hordzna's star
hoarder, was nccuscd of taking unlawful ad
vantage of tho widow and has laid In the
county Jail since last Friday. After twenty
four hours In a cell the Uu sian wus b ou.lit
to n realizing consciousness of his sins and

nn offer of marriage. This delicate pro
posal was placed before Mrs. Hcrdznn
