CHICAGO. June C. The opening session
of the twelfth annual convention of thn
National Association of Steam and Hot
Water Fitters and Helpers of America was
held today In Koch's hall. Delegates were
present from several states and the morning
session wait taken up principally In the ap
pointment of committees.
The convention will last throughout tlio
week , during which questions bearing upon
hours and Kchedulo of wages will be dis
cussed. Many of the delegates have not
yet arrived a.nd President John Mulvanoy of
New York thought It bcKt to await their
arrival before proceeding to active work.
