a slight clump In the price of hard coal.
Tbo board got a bid the lowest of any price
it boa paid yet , and 25 cents lower than the

the bid of Victor White , otteri ig to futulah
300 tons of Scranton , Pa. , anthracite tor
; 6,50. Last year the board paid ; 7,45. White

agricultural society for a poultry and live
, stock exhibit at the exposition. This was
supported by a written opinion from the
k county attorney to the effect that the county
could make such appropriation under the
act authorizing the $100,000 oxposltion
bonds. A county premium list not to exceed -
ceed ; 1,000 was accordingly authorized , the

fund.
