If this modification of the original contract is valid and operative the trust company claims there is due and owing as part of the sinking fund pledged the sum of 520.500. hut if time modiilcation of time contract - tract is not valid then there Is due the sum of $132,250. as no stun has ever been paid on the sinking fund and interest on time several sunis of $10,250 each from December 1 , 1885 , and let day of December in. each and every year thereafter.
