CATTLE Today's receipts showed 1,1100
less cattle than yesterday and over 30) less
than u year ago. Hutchers' stock , feeders
and warmed up cattle constituted the re
ceipts , there not being n single good load
of dressed beef steers In the yards. The
market did not develop any material
changes and the trade as n whole was with
out feature of siilllclent importance to
merit special mention.
The few warmed up native cattle In the
yards were gathered In by the packers curly
In the day and at prices not materially
different from those paid yesterday. The
best cattle In the yards were only good
enough to bring J3.PO.
Hutchers' stock sold freely nnd nn early
clearance was effected , the prices paid
showing no quotable change In values.
The market on stocked ! nnd feeders was
active , the good demand developed the
llrst of the week still continuing , and the
offerings were nil cleaned up In good season.
As was the case with other kinds of cattle ,
the prices paid were Just about the same

The condition of the market could be expressed

the whole story. The buyers all hud liberal or

Nearly all the heavy hogs sold at $3.153.20 ,
