Constitution of the State of Nebraska , as
hereinafter sol forth In full , nre submitted
to the electors of the Stnte of Nebraska , to
ho voted upon nt the general flection to ho

Ho It resolved and enacted by the I.eRls-
Inturc of the State of Nebraska :
Section 1. That section two (2) ) of article
six ( C ) of the Constitution of the State of
Nebraska be amended so IIH to read as fol-
Scc'tlon 2. The supreme court shall until
otherwise provided by law , consist of live
(5) ( ) Judges , a majority of xvhom shall bo
necessary to form a quorum or to pro

court shall be elected by the electors of

the legislature may prescribe.
