He It resolved and enacted by the Legis
lature of the State of Nebraska :
Section 1. That section two t2) ) of article
six ( G ) of the Constitution of the State of
Nebraska be amended so as to read as fol-

otherwise provided by law , consist of live
( S ) Judges , a majority ofvhom shall be
necessary to form .1 quorum or to pro

court shall bo elected by the dor-tors of
