to be lnsuflclent ! . and the court ordered a
new informatIon fled changing him with as-
sault with Intent to do great bodily InJury
The costs In this proceeding amounted 10
$3.55. and then a change or venue was taken
10 Koos' conrt. The latter bund him over
to the grand jury and taxed up a bill or $ ; 2
to the county for doing so The adultery
case against Lennon was brought before
Menary . and after running a bill of $11.30 was
token 10 Koos on a change of \'enue. Koos
charged $36.40 and dismissed the case J.
McIntosh was tried before Koos on a charge
or assault and battery and dismissed. In
every one or these cases the costs were taxed
up 10 the county and will have to be paid .
The price or securing one conviction anti
seven acquittals was $ 12.85.
