The market was devoid of any new er Interesting features , prices being about steady. There was about the usual de mand and the buyers cleared the yards In good season. Cows and heifers were In more liberal supply than on many days , a considerable proportion of the receipts being made up of that class of cattle. Good cattle , how ever , were not very plentiful ; In fact there was nothing choice among the offerings. Two or three loads of cows and heifers sold at $3 , but a good share of the cow stuff went at $2 to { 2.50. There were only four or five fresh loads of stoekers and feeders In the yards.
