McIntyre against the Union Pacific Railroad company for $1,500 damages was commenced In Judge Kl'ysor's court yesterday. The amount of damages sought fol' Is equIvalent to the value of' a blooded horse , which , It Is claimed , was' killed "y the negligence of time company : at Rawlins. Tile car containing the animal was strucK hy another the collision throwing the horse to the floor and inflicting Injuries from which It died.
