It was nlso agreed to pay no nille- ago whatever upon poultry cars , either loaded or empty. Wire and nail rates wcro made to apply on bay bales and ties and class A rates on school desks and furniture in carload lots. The frplght on roofing cement , granite and tarred paper was reduced from clasd Ute to class C , and provision was made for the application of class n rates on seeds In mixed carloads. A rate ot fourth class was estab lished on mixed carloads of fish , turtles and oysters in carloads , minimum weight , 20,000 from Hoclcport , Corpus Christ ! and Galveston to St. Louis and defined territory.
