thirteenth annual Cular county fair was , held
tills week. Notwlthslandlng the drouth and
conseauent ( llscourancment. It was the most
successful exhibition In the history of the
association. The new agricultural hall , which
was linlll this summer , was taxed to hold the
tplendld display of farm products , The Use
block display was also large.
Good racing and a couple of bill games
furnished amusement for the largo croud
and nil passed pleasattly and batlsfactorlly ,
both to the management and the people in
attendance.
The theatergoing public of Hartlngton may
now be accommodated , so far ns a suitable
opera house Is concerned. Mr. John Krause ,
