Dr. ncrwiclc of South Omaha Know Miller
during his lifetime and had been the fumllv

whcio would ho want to MU" At the time
ho thought nothing of the rernatk , but
later on ho was poslthe that Miller intended
to take his own life , and that the inquiry
was for the pmposo of getting points
Dr Krnhout , the proprietor of a South
Oiiiahu liquor euie establishment , testified
that ho had ttcated Miller for the liquor
habit and had noticed that hous \cjr\ de

was a case of suicide
Kx-Ma.\or Walters of South Omaha had

Omaha on September ! i8 had wt.tten a let

the other troubles , thovo Miller to suicide.

line of defense w ill be , It Is known that they
wilt scout the theory of suicide and will en-
