The case of Fraser against Dukes before
Justice Cones was Riven to the Jury Thurs
day night. The Jury did not keep it long ,
but sending in a scaled verdict they silently
stele away. When the verdict was opened
yesterday morning It was found to bo a dis
agreement. A Jury was empanelled in one
of the other oases , which was tiled during
the afternoon. The whole nineteen are to

mission , until they are finished or until
