about the unjust discriminations In railroad
freight rates. They claim that factories
hero cannot begin to compete with Chicago
and St. Louis concerns on account of the
difference in rates and classification of
goods.
Manager Lewis Ley of the Omaha Tin
ware Manufacturing company , in conversa
tion with a BHE reporter yesterday after
noon , stated that the discriminations wcro
mostly In classification rntos. Ho said Chicago

their products to Sioux CUy as cheaply as
Omaha tlnwaro inon could put their goods
