from Georgia , Tennessee , Louisiana , Ohio ,
Michigan , Texas , Illinois , Washington , 1) .

The boncilits to bo derived from n meeting
of the kind proposed are an incentive to ad

through emulation and friendly competition ;
the massing of representative men comprised
in the volunteer organizations in the trntor-
nal association of a camp where they may
better appreciate one another and learn mu
tual reliance should the national reserve over
be called to stand shoulder to shoulder in do-
lonso of their common country.
Applications 1'or entry to me encampment
are to bo made before May 1 , ISO1. , the iidvi-
bory ooard of managers reserving the right
to reject any application for entry. Com-
mntuting officers are expected to pledge their
commands to conform to the rules and regu
lations prescribed by the advisory board of
managers or by the commandant of tliocamp
for the conduct of the competitive drills or
for the government of the camp. All the

In such Inspections , reviews , dress parades
and other ceremonies as may bo ordered by
the commandant of the camp.
