The testimony Introduced bv the state slums that early last year Perkins nnd his wife separated , she going to live with her father at Twenty-fourth and lilomlo streets. On November 11 , while under the Influence of liquor , Perkins visited the house and re quested his wife to go out and buy a bucket of beer.
