For the gentlemen an oxidized silver scarf pin was awarded. An April Wedding. The marriage of Aliss Carrie Jordan to Air. James Scrobio , solemnized on Tuesday lust in St. Louis , was n charmingly pretty affair , as becomes a charmingly pretty woman. The maid of honor ami the thrco bridesmaids , among whom was numbered Aliss Clara Brown , of Omaha , constituted a bouquet of loveliness such as one could rarely gather on a long day's journey. The bride , in a gown of white faille , brightened with quantities of old point lace , and currying a bouquet of white roses , was more than passing fair and In her girlish confidence seemed scarcely to need even such jiretty assistance.
