The minutes of the last meeting were read , in which it appeared that Mr. O'Keeffo had protested against tha action taken ut a previous meeting. Mr. Hcrlm moved that this portion of the minutes bo corrected , on the ground that if the minutes showed what * was done there could be no protest , but Mr. O'ICceiTo opposed nnv such action.
