Henry Payne , a rough looking laborer em ployed by Kurtz , the dairy man , had a hear ing before Justice Anderson yesterday after noon on a charge of attempted rnpo. The victim was present , accompanied by lior father , who filed the information. Her name Is Ellen Worklnger.
