ness In Southwestern stock was said to bo
owing to Gould's ' attitude. Ho U said to be
preparing to settle his Missouri , Kansas &

While ho Is driving these bargains , he is sit
ting on the market as hard as be can. A
great deal ol interest Is felt In the attitude
of foreigners to American securities. Ac

Loading men here who are arrayed on the
