to pass counterfeit money. His brother
Sam , who was with him , was also ar
rested , but released on reaching the

"Four of us went to the circus

feit dollar Sunday night and it had got
mixed with the rest of the money , and
it was with what ho handed to Homer ,

The prisoner was taken to the county
jail and locked up. His father secured
