Miss Eunice Goodricti appeared last night at the Grand opcr.i house in "Pocahontas. " "Pocahontas" is a burlesque. It is ono of the first as it was also ono of the best bur lesques which has been produced on the American stngc. It is still a credit to the lamented John Brougham , upon whoso work an hundred imitators have since achieved fame and fortune. But Miss Goodrich and her company cannot appear to advantage in burlesque. They are worthy of commenda tion in their regular business , and they will hereafter appear in business in which they are capable of appearing to advantage. A Bnfl Day For Burllncton. A Great Battle Is continually going on in the human system. The demon of impure blood strives to gain victory over the consti tution , to ruin health , to drag victims to the grave.
