Cattle. The fresh receipts of cattle were a little heavier yesterday , there being twenty-six cars In. which taken with those held over from the previous day mndo the offerings liberal. Although the market was dull thei e were more cattle sold than on any other d v this week. Fat cattle nro not selling nnv lower , but thu market Is not very strong ml the demand light. One or two peed bunches of feeders were sold at about steady prices , but there was a good deal of trading in a small way , a few head at u time. The sup ply of butchers stock was not large and good grades sold fairly well. HOJJH. The receipts of hogs were llbci al , there being ( HJ cars In yesterday ns npainst 75 on the day before. The market opened n little slow with the bujers offeiing $460 for the best loads. Not many loads were sold on that basis and the mmket rapidly pained In strength and activity and was soon fully Re higher than Tliuisday's close.
