At the opening prices were small fractions lower In the majority of cases , but there wns an active trading , nnd the heavi ness coon disappeared under the strenuth ot Western Union , Heading , and New Kngland. Later the market sagged olT small I ructions , npcclal weakness being shown in Paclilc Mall.
