yesterday. After a number of motions
and commotions among the attorneys ,
the linn allowed judgments to bo entered
up against them on the various claims of

lias realized from the sale of the dry

tors will receive it without further con
troversy. The firm will probably seek
new methods of forcing their claims for
ditmngo againt those who attached their
stock and closed them up. The sudden
dropping out of these cases , which were
expected to bo contested , loaves a big
