day was about steady. The general receipts
\vere rather laige.biittheoireringsol'desiiable
natives were moderate. In some Instances
peed to choice cattle wore quoted stronger ,
anil common to medium cattle lower , but as a
rule there was no quotable change from yes
terday. Monday there was a decline ot lOe
on most of this cattle. Tuesday's prices were
about steady , and so to-day's piices were not
greatly different from last woek. Green and
thin cattle have been in liberal supply , ami
stich stock .sold very slowly. The receipts
to-day were 2,600 Texas and l.COO tar western
ranee cattle. For the week thus far
the leceipts have been 8,000 Texans ,

last week. The market to-day was slow and
