This is the sucond time in one week
that Trostlor lias been arrested. The
last arrest wag for being iv suspicious
character , when lie was given ten min
utes to leave town. It seems he left but
returned after u dny'n absence. Now he
will probably go to jail.
The Uilly MeFarland mentioned above ,
last year caused some trouble hero. lie
had escaped from the Iowa penitentiary
line though invested hero the cTiirts de
cided they had no jurisdiction in the case
of sending him back , and ho was consequently
quently discharged. He was spirited
aboard a hack , however , and , beloro ho
was aware of it , he was placed on board
a train and forccihly taken back to Iowa.
Since that lime he has served out his
term and has now returned to Omaha ,
piesumably to uurry on his old business1.

ho wanted to go with him to his boarding

Klevculh street. There the young man
&aid llievo was a man in a neighboring
room drunk to his heart's content and
Ids neighbors' disgust , who was shouting
and dancing like a drunken dervisli.
Thu actor wanted Iho policeman to
threaten him with arrest if ho did
not desist from tlm outlandish prac
tice. After the young man had worn
out his cane on a telegraph polo he con
cluded the finding of a policeman was
an uncertainty and started to iinil one
in some oilier locality.
