Council , coroner of said eountyl upon the boclv of David R. Knhns , there lying dead , by the jurors whose names ate hereunto subscribed. Knhns earne to his death from inju ries received while coupling ears in the Union Pacific yards at the transfer on Salurdav , November28 , nt about .1 o'clock n. m. Wo further lind that while there is no evidence lo show that the accident was caused by the nsing of the coupling stick and belt , in the opinion of the jury that while they may .save accidents to hands , they endanger the lite of every one nsing the same.
