Stocks At the opening of the market this morning the market was weak and prices yielded from J to go , led by the Union Pacific , Pacific Mail and New York Central , while Lackawanna declined lo. The lowest prices of the day were made at this time. Between 11 and 12 o'clock there was a rally of i to Igc , the strongest stocks being Lake Shore , which advanced Igc , Now York Central and Lacka wanna , IJc , and Union Pacific , Ic , In the afternoon the general list remained about steady until near the close , when it showed some signs of being tired , but closed steady at a little below the best pricoa of the day.
