ued quiet , with n strong undertone. In the
early dealings in the morning there was a
slight decline from last evening'a closing
prices in the general list , nnd some stocks ,
including Lackawanna , which sold from 103
down to 105 } , showed a still further decline
nt the close , which , as a general thing , however -
over , was firmer and slightly higher than the
average range during the day.
