The public school of this city will open
to-day. All pupils who have been attend
ing the Stutsman , the old Pierce street
or AI. E. Church school will R ° to 'he '
now Plorco street school. All pupils who
have attended the Center street school
will go to the now Third street school.
All others will attend school aa heretofore -
fore , subject to such changes oa the reorganization -
organization of the school may render
necessary later In the term.
The heating apparatus at the Bloom
school has been repaired and this house
will probably bo comfortable hereafter.
In the supreme court of Massachu
setts a jury found that Airs. Valeria G.
Stone , who left § 2,000,000 for educa
tional purposes , was of sound mind , and
that her will was drawn In proper shape.
There was a tie on the question whether
Rev. Dr. Wllcox exercised undue influ
ence ever the testator.
