The Young Men's Blaine end Logan club is starting in with a good deal of en thusiasm , nnd is planning f or grclvt thing's in the future , the plan already being talked over of going to Washington in a body to attend Blaino's inaugural when the time cornea , the enthusiasm being too great to allow the least doubt nbout Blaino'a election. It is expected that the club will soon bo provided with a uniform , consisting of pearl white high lints , linen dusters , regulation length , and cane , together , of course , with pantaloons and other neces saries. Arrangements are boinp made for a hall in which to hold its meetings , and it is expected that by next Tuesday evening there will bo fully 100 names en rolled , and the members will soon in crease to 200 or 250.
